Our story

A calmer way to care for yourself.

Sōlace began with a simple frustration: wellness had become loud, transactional, and overwhelming. We wanted to build the opposite.

The Sōlace studio environment
How we started

From a single quiet room to a full sanctuary.

Founded in 2014 by a physiotherapist and a yoga teacher, Sōlace started as one room with two mats and a belief that recovery and movement belong together.

A decade later, we're a team of eighteen practitioners across movement, manual therapy, and nutrition — but the belief hasn't changed. We still begin every relationship the same way: by listening before we prescribe.

Our space is intentionally unhurried. No mirrors counting reps, no leaderboards, no noise. Just the conditions for you to feel, and grow, at your own pace.

What we believe

Principles that shape every session

01

Listen first

Every program starts with your story — your history, your limits, and what wellness actually means to you. We design from there, never from a template.

02

Whole, not parts

Movement, recovery, and nutrition aren't separate departments. We treat them as one connected practice, because that's how your body experiences them.

03

Progress over intensity

Lasting change is built from small, repeatable shifts. We'd rather you show up gently for years than burn out brilliantly for a month.

04

Calm by design

From the light to the pace to the materials, every detail is chosen to lower your shoulders the moment you walk in.
